Problem reported by DK2OY WT 4.15 (or WT 4.13) CTYWTMOD.DAT =VER20141127 CQ WW DX Contest

  1. Open the Check Country Window (F10)

  2. Type CTYFILES and verify that CTYWTMOD.DAT 2014.11.27 is selected

  3. Enter callsign GZ5Y in the logging window

  4. BUG: Check Country window displays "Scotland" rather than "Shetlands" even though GZ prefix is listed under both the "*GM/s" WAE country and the "GM" DXCC country.

  5. Edit CTYWTMOD.DAT and reverse the order of the country sections for Scotland and Shetlands, so that Shetlands is listed LAST instead of first (I will attempt to provide attachments).

  6. REOPENNOW [Enter]

  7. Enter callsign GZ5Y

  8. Country now displays correctly as "Shetlands"

Both entities list the GZ and MZ prefixes, however for the CQ WW Contest, the WAE country list should get priority. The prefix is "*GM/s" includes the asterisk to indicate WAE country.

Note: 4U1V (Listed under both OE and *4U1V), doesn't seem to have the same problem, even though the order is the same, so the behavior is strangely inconsistent.
