In 2010, the rules of the ARRL 10 Meter Contest (December) are changing to add 32 new multipliers: the 32 states in Mexico. 3-letter abbreviations are provided. Win-Test must allow for these states to be logged. XF4 still counts as a country multiplier, not a state. See http://kx9x.wordpress.com/2010/03/30/33-new-multipliers-in-arrl-10-meter-contest/ for the official ARRL announcement. This a temporary off-site blog for the ARRL. The official ARRL contest blog site is: http://www.arrl.org/blog/Notes%20From%20The%20Contest%20Branch but it currently points to the kx9x site listed above. |
