Task #26 — Set frequency to other vfosAttached to Project— Win-Test
Is it possible to implement functionality which allows enter following frequency informations: Radio A - VFO B like e.g. 14050B Radio B - VFO A like e.g. 14050BA Radio B - VFO B like e.g. 14050BB
It is impossible to access a specific VFO with many radios (due to their protocol lacks): BA and BB are not desirable.
In addition, it is already possible:
to enter the frequency in the secondary radio window
to enter the frequency in the \"primary radio\" log, then press * to switch from primary to secondary if you need to pass a multiplier. That way the callsign of the station you just worked on the primary radio is passed into the secondary window
We could imagine to let the operator entering the frequency into the main log (primary radio), then CTRL+ENTER or something equivalent will program the secondary radio.
Maybe CTRL+* (or something equivalent) could do the same as *, but without swaping the primary and secondary radios.
That way you don\'t have to think which is the radio A and which is the radio B during the pileup. You just have to know that you want to set the primary (run) radio or the seconday (mult) radio VFO with a frequency.
A / \"slash\" is used from popular software to set the freq to the secondary radio.
so 14050 is for 1st radio /21050 is for 2nd Radio
